Thin floors!!!
The only thing I do not like is the floors are thin you can hear people walking and they always seem to walk either early in the morning or late at night which is extremely annoying

The staff were very kind and attentive. They were certainly trained to serve the guests.
The rooms were nice and clean. I appreciated the air conditioners working well in the room. The hallways and elevators were quite warm though. It was almost as if the air conditioning for those area were not working or something. It made the hotel feel like it was lower quality than what it was.

A pleasant surprise. A pleasant place to stay.
I truly enjoyed our visit at the hotel. I was also surprised to find that we had a full size fridge in the unit, which helped during the exceptionally hot days that week. I was most impressed with the daily breakfasts. I took advantage of those every day. I was also pleased to discover that there were Urgent Cares and small dineries on Brampton just down the street. The Mellow Mushroom had calzones I haven't found anywhere!

I reserved online. When I got to the property and got my key went to my room 331 it was already occupied. So I went back to the front desk and kadijah gave me a new room and key. But I think the shift before her should have completed their job in making sure all rooms was clean. It was very uncomfortable to walk in a room and someone else is in there. They need to do better with the amount of money people are spending for it to be an inconvenience.

The elevator and hallway was very dirty and smelled bad our entire stay. Staff at check not very friendly. Staff at check in ver my friendly.
