It was a bit difficult to find in the first place, it is an apartment than a hotel and there are no hotel staff, except the guard on duty downstairs. Check in is with the guard downstairs and he is just there to give you the keys. The apartment did have problems with the electricity and hot water, but that was sorted out in 30 minutes by the guard (who was quite friendly especially as he is doing a 30 hour shift!). The apartment is clean and of good modern standard, i was promoted to a one bed apartment as all the studios were booked out. The hot water in the shower was good with good reasonable force. The sink however only has luke warm hot water. Bathroom was clean and modern, although just given bath towels and no hand towels . The wifi is so-so, i was getting 1.5Mb download and 4.5Mb upload and patchy sometimes. I did explain to the person in charge that the values should be the other way around. Location wise, about a 5 minute walk down the residential street to Nana Station, a bit dark but safe (some parts smelly on the road). On the whole it was a good place, I stayed there for two days but I would question what you would get for a longer stay, e.g. change of bed sheets/towels/cleaning/wifi
