I like the warm reception and guidance of the female manager when we checked in. She is a professional and polite lady.
The breakfast is also very rich, and there is a children's play area which is very considerate.
But the family room in the main building I stayed in was obviously a bit old, the headboard was even mottled and the wood was falling off, and the bathroom tiles had some cracks and gaps and were moldy.
My friend stayed in the annex, which seemed to have a newer room, but it was quite far to walk.
Overall, the hotel's location is very convenient, but because of the design of Bangkok's roads, even if it's close, you still have to get stuck in traffic or take a long detour to get a taxi, and it's even more of a nightmare to walk on the overpass with a stroller.
