The pictures of the property are a little deceiving. It was updated in 2017 but it hasn't been properly maintained. The Shower leaked all over the floor (shower doors), we never saw anyone on staff, no maid service not even for trash and towels. The room itself was nice. Again not maintained very well. Wouldn't stay again.

ArrivedAt 7 pm - nobady was anywhere except 1 at front desk -room hadNo soap no working tv. At 7:30am no one was there to check us out. I was dissapointed that a transition was taking place from hotel to extended stay. No breakfast, or desktop Computer, and the Center Garden turned to weeds. No utensils in the kitchen....faulty coffee maker, and faulty t.v. remites.

I had a late night check in. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a power outage around 3am. I went to front desk to find out options and nobody was there. The power came back on about 45 min later. I got up to check out at 8:30 am and went to front desk and found out rhat there is nobody at the front desk from 1am -9am. There was a lady sitting in the lobby who was locked out of her room for 3 hours waitng to get a key. Staff were great. The hotel just needs to have someone or an emergency number during the 1am - 9am for front desk emergencies.

Hotel needs redo

This hotel was in complete disarray. First room smelled and I had to move. Went to leave property by side door and wires hanging, no exit available. Courtyard overgrown with weeds. I did not stay, felt unsafe

The staff was awesome. I understand that the property is going under construction but it was a very dirty hotel. The hall way smelled like urine and cigarettes. Most of the outside doors don’t work. Currently there were no amenities operational. The rooms were clean but the overall property really need some major help and more staff.

No rest for the weary!?!

Just know if you have a late night flight this property management office closes at 1:00 AM. You won't be able to check in period. Our flight was delayed and we couldn't check in making for a long night. Thank goodness a reputable although expensive property within 5 minutes had a last minute cancellation otherwise we would have slept in the car with what I believed to be pimps and prostitutes walking by. Sorry not sorry for the harsh review but if you have staffing issues please post it on your website, we called in advance and no one answered at 8:00 pm when we knew our flight was being delayed. The only semi-saving grace is they didn't fight us on a credit but we redeemed our 10 night free points and are still fighting that portion...so I have no idea if the place was good or not, we just needed to rest our heads for 4-5 hours but were unable to do so...

I had stayed at this hotel six months ago and did not have any issues. However, the quality of the hotel has greatly deteriorated. The room was dirty and the service was poor. The access to the hotel staff was limited. There were broken exit doors which made the hotel unsafe. The hall had an odor of marijuana. Simply terrible.

Bon hôtel

Chambre fonctionnelle équipée d’une petite cuisine. Plutôt propre à l’intérieur. Les alentours proches de l’établissement semblent avoir été abandonnés. Pas mal de restaurants aux alentours mais comme c’est le long de la route, il vaut mieux prendre la voiture.

This hotel is rated as a 3 star hotel...it's not even close to being 3 star quality. There was no one at the front desk to register us...had to go looking for someone to help us; Property is located in an area that appears rundown ...likely undergoing renovations...room was not properly cleaned...A/C had a smell like mold or mustiness; Japanese restaurant that appeared to be on the hotel's property was closed...had a front door ripped off its hinges and there appeared to be homeless or squatter people occupying the bldg. I would not recommend this hotel until they correct many obvious things, and something is done about the Japanese restaurant before it becomes a drug hanout

Terrible experience

One desk attendant helpful, one not. Room not as clean as original stay one year ago. New management obviously has lower standards of room cleanliness, services and personnel support and overall appearances. I will not stay here ever again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s a no for me.

The linens on my bed were stained, my shower took 10 minutes to get hot water and finally when it was hot the pressure was about the stream of a garden hose so couldn’t even take a good shower. And I had to dodge luggage carts being left out in the hallway and almost walked into one leaving my room because it was practically left in front of my door!

This property is in shambles. They are remodeling and the place is a disaster. The front desk person did not acknowledge us for the longest time and when she finally did she was rude and then left the front desk. A customer went to their room and then came back saying it had not been cleaned. Bums littered the outside of the hotel. We left and I called the hotel, they told me me reservation had been cancelled. That was the best thing about this hotel. Do not recommend!! Horrible experience.

Prime example of how online reviews are a scam, else how would this dump be so highly rated. Don't know where to start - no coffee cups in the room. When I asked for some they delivered with one cup with debris in it. My room was never made for my entire stay. I was out of towels, coffee, everything. Shower had water leaking to the bathroom creating a puddle. Wifi barely worked and I could not connect to work. Avoid like a plague. At least with chains you roughly know what you are getting.

It was ok.

The room was good and the people friendly. The shower had no pressure. You had to stand directly under it to get wet. Probably because the shower head was a large one with many holes, but that diminished the pressure. The Kurigh coffee machine did not work. At one time it "popped" so we left it alone. The price was high considering the items we encountered.
