Mold in room, blood on walls, not clean and nothing worked, and bugs we left because not feeling safe with my health conditions and for the babies

There were BED BUGS in both beds. The walls had DRIED BLOOD and MOLD on the wall which they tried to cover up. They hade ROACHES and RATS in the room. The phone was not even plugged in the wall. The staff was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and they couldn’t even find my booking. They are UNDER CONSTRUCTION and letting people stay there. It is also UNSAFE for SMALL CHILDREN to be in such HORRIBLE condition's. A RAT crawled and ran across my face that night. I felt unsafe sleeping and staying in that environment and this place should be shut down completely. There is no caution tape or anything where they are doing construction. I would like a refund for my stay and if not I will call the health department and file a lawsuit against them.

I only stayed at the unit for 3 hours the time it took for me to find another motel I've taken pictures which I can send I am not paying for the room you should take this property off your website as far as I'm concerned and I can use one word to sum up the entire Motel situation as sucks the manager was abusive he made it seem like he was doing me a favor by letting me stay at this crummy Motel when I tried to check out he refused to give me a check out receipt and when he gave me a receipt it was as if I had paid for the two nights although I only stayed 3 hours I'm not done commenting because I'm trying to enjoy my Memorial Day weekend so far it sucks due to the experience at your endorsed motel

I have two service dogs with papers and cards and they still charged me for one of them . Nails and screws in the parking lot. Ceiling paint falling . Smelt musty carpet sticky. Anywhere there was grass to walk my girls there was glass ,syringes and food bones on the ground.

Check-in was great, friendly desk clerk and fast service. Then I opened the door to the room. It smelled of slow death and cheap perfume. The door had been kicked in as recently as last year and the pea green paint was peeling off the plaster revealing the sad remnants of wallpaper below. The toliet was cracked worse than my faith in humanity and the faucet was labeled Hot / Cold with rocket red nail polish. The sun bleached sheets stained with a mystery "oil" and the pillow cases looked as though they were dropped and dragged in the parking lot. All in all, I got about an hour and half of sleep with my shoes on.

Budget stay in an expensive area.
I needed a place to crash for a few hours after driving way too much. Found this place on Hotels.com and all of the surrounding properties were $100 plus. This is a budget motel but it was clean, well lit, and the area felt safe. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The motel is older but the room was in fairly good shape and updated. The only issue I had was a lack of shampoo and conditioner in the room but I bet the front desk would had given me some had I had the energy to ask. I would stay here again for sure.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Looks pretty scketchy but my sister and I had no problems at all and yes it was the weekend. For yhe price and no real issues I'd stay again if needed to.

Good service but room needs work
When I checked in, the service was great. He was nice and efficient. The room was not so great. The pillows were not clean had cigarette spots and other dark spots on them as well the bed sheets. Makes me wonder do they wash them? Not sure. The organization of the furniture wasn’t right. I understand you pay for what you get ($65) but felt that was too much. It needs work for sure.
