The condos are located in a great area with lots of restaurants to choose from and centrally located to all major attractions. The condos are in the need of some major remodeling as they are very dated. Still the condo was clean and good enough for a weekend stay for my son and I who were in town for a baseball tournament.

The area it is in is great. Not to far from the shops. The property area is nice and clean. The rooms not so much. There were stains in drawers, and the walls. Kitchen utensils still had some food on them and food on the kitchen walls. The hospitality was very nice.

Sad Sad Sad

Bed were comfortable and clean as was the kitchen and bath. Now for the sad, couch had tears in it, coffee table had a broken leg, exposed electrical wires, carpet needed to be replaced, floor tiles cracked, multiple drywall patches by someone who was not very skilled at it. I can not speak for the other units, but 104 was very, very worn.

Needs lots of TLC. Bedding sheets and pillows need to be cleaned or get new ones. Sofa was worned out and smelled.

Poorly maintained property

The lady at the front desk was friendly and nice. The AC kept things cool but that was probably more to do with the cool weather than with how well it worked. Now for the really bad stuff. The Windows blinds cannot be adjusted and were falling apart. There were 2 window AC units in my room. One had a missing dial so if you wanted to turn it off you had to unplug it. There were tiny little black spiders in several places. I was here a few days and found them all throughout my stay. They will crawl on you! Hair from previous occupants was clearly visible in the bathroom. Especially on the toilet plunger behind the toilet. You are provided with a coffee maker but NO coffee filters or coffee! Wifi only works about 10% of the time. I had to use my phone as a hotspot most of the time. TV channels higher than about channel 66 have very poor reception. So bad they were completely unwatchable. Only one remote worked in my room. Luckily it worked on both TVs. The spout for the tub was very loose. Whenever I would pull up the lever to take a shower it would easily lift up. There was no little hanging bar that you could use to put the toilet paper on. There were several more things that were broken or missing in this place. The owner clearly only cares about the money coming in. But, that will catch up to them once everything is completely broken and people stop staying at this place. I will not be staying here again. The owners should be embarrassed by this place.

Spacious bedroom set far enough away from the living room. Little kitchenette was very nice. Our bedroom had a separate bedroom vanity for me to put my make-up on so others could occupy the bathroom.

The front desk staff was super nice. They did not have a King room ready at check-in due to their housekeeping being stretched, but she put me in a double that was ready. Unfortunately the condo was not what I expected. This place is charming but needs some serious love and remodeling. There are mini splits, but you can't lower the thermostat in the room (you have to go to the office when they are open, which is limited), and the room stayed stuffy. The carpet is old and did not feel clean, and several pieces of furniture had stains on the cushions. The beds were clean but the mattress sunk, and there were plastic covered pillows in the pillowcases. The amenities were limited to shampoo and soap, and some coffee. For a quick business trip, this did the trick, but I would not pay this much again to stay here. I hope it gets some TLC, it would be a great place to stay during ski season.

Nostalgic for the '70s

The bed was strange. The bathtub was pretty gross. The overall condition was so-so. It was a definite throwback to the '70s. Note the photo of the room key.
