When we decided to use the DVD player and see our own movie, we discovered on the last night it wasn't working. A call to the desk to ask someone to bring us A replacement DVD player resulted in the 45 minute delay as they " put in a ticket." By then, it was too late to relax and watch the movie we wanted to watch on our last night of vacation.
These seem like minor glitches, but for a property that wants to be a full service resort property, they were distinct dissatisfiers.
