I am so disappointed in this property. If its going to cost $250 a night to stay in a small northshore town, it should be at least be clean, with functional HVAC. The wall board heater would not turn off, and I was told repeatedly there was nothing that could be done. Never even got a visit from maintenance. Also, there was a handwritten note taped to the AC that said not to leave it on or else it would freeze up. So, everytime we left for a few hours, we would return to a humid 80° room that would take 2 hours to cool down. On top of that, the carpet is covered in stains, there was a huge hole and crack in the window that just looked out to garbage on the ground. Stained ceiling tiles in the bathroom. The linens are few and scratchy. And the "breakfast" and coffee are really stretching the definition of those words. This is the worst $500 I have ever spent. Don at the counter was kind, and you could tell he did his best, but his hands were tied by terrible maintenance and staff. $250 a night is criminal for this place.
