Do NOT charge me, I never made it to this hotel
I never made it to this hotel, I tried and tried to cancel with both the hotel front desk manager and they said I can only cancel directly with Expedia. I contacted Expedia several times to no avail. Please have the courtesy to respond to me and to DEFINITELY NOT CHARGE my credit card because I didn’t make it to this hotel/reservation. I use Expedia often and I do not want to have negative reviews with your company. Please look into this and more importantly, do NOT charge me for it

Driver (making an emergency delivery of an aircraft part for a life flight helicopter) called hotel around midnight regarding his late arrival time and was told no problem. When he arrived, his reservation had been cancelled as a no show and had to re-book reservation for the next day, resulting in us having to pay twice for one stay. Didnt have much choice after a 750 mile drive but to just eat it. So congrats, you got us this time for two charges for one room, but we wont book at this property again.

Check in staff were rude had to call to get them to come to front desk. Charged full stay s as t check in and st check out. Called for refund and told no. Public toilets out of orders Room bathroom was filthy and water stained. So called breakfast was a joke. Super strong coffee. No choice of milk. Egg and meat muffin or cup cake or nothing.Non of the staff could speak English so it could be understood and finally the entire property smelt of curry. This is not an exaggerated review just facts.

We stayed there for a wedding at the PA renaissance faire. We paid 178.00 a night for 3 nights and we disappointed at how the property has not been maintained. The lobby and common areas were very hot and humid and smelled musty. On our final morning there was no hot water for showers before traveling home. When we talked to the manager she explained that it was being resolved but by the time it was resolved it was 11am and time to check out. No compensation of any kind was offered. I can appreciate that the staff cannot control plumbing issues, but at almost 200 dollars a night they could have offered a free night on a future stay.

The rate for this property doesn't match it's condition. Old and dingy furnishings and covers. Everything needs an update. Motel 6 in Super 8 are much better properties than this. Paid $112 for a night mid week, should have been around $50 at best.

We travel regularly. Many nights we have to check in much later because of how our schedule works. When we do, we will contact the property days ahead of time to be sure that 1) there is an attendant at the desk 2) the night audit will not cancel out our rooms. Our stay was for Aug 23. We contacted the property on the 21 of Aug. Spoke to the front desk. They told us this was fine but we needed to call when we were getting close to the facility as they lock the doors at night. We made note of this and did as instructed. On the night of the 23 / morning of the 24, we began calling the facility. There was no answer. Both myself and another member of our team tried to no avail. Faced with this dilemma and it being 2 am, we made the decision to stop at another hotel that was open as we had no way of knowing if the property where our reservation was made was even open, or if there was an attendant as no one answered the phone. We made contact w the facility four times since the incident. Two of these times, the front desk attendant told me to call back on Saturday (it was a Tuesday) as that is when the manager is in. I did as requested, strange as the request was. I spoke to someone that called themselves the manager. They listened to my concerns and said they were going to speak to an employee and they would deal with the refund. We have yet to receive one, no contact from the facility. I feel we are just being ghosted as they think we have no recourse. Book at your own risk

Walked into the hotel with most of the lights off. Our guest room nightstand handle was broken. There was a dirty wash cloth left on the shower rack, toilet paper in the shower. Pillows looked dirty. Would not stay here again.

The front desk area was dim when we came in (around 6pm), and we had to ring a bell to get someone to help us. The room smelled and there was mold on the edge of our bathtub. The pullout bed squeaked each time someone moved. The breakfast was restocked and convenient, though!

This hotel was a place to sleep after a long day at Hershey park. We weren’t expecting much more than a clean room to sleep in. We checked in around 10:30 pm and were exhausted. We headed to our room and went to make the sleeper sofa and there were no sheets. My son used the bathroom and when he shut the door on the way out, it locked from the inside. The outside lock was so damaged most likely from this issue happening repeatedly, we couldn’t get in. I went to the front desk to ask for sheets and for assistance with the door, I was told someone would come up. We waited a while and then went down to ask again. My husband was handed queen-sized sheets for twin bed and a screw driver. He was told to try to open the door himself. He did but it was not working. I made the sleeper sofa with the extra large sheets - not a big deal- then went back down to tell them we still couldn’t use bathroom. I really had to owe so went to use lobby restroom and it was out of order. I was told to use it anyway. It was then another twenty minutes while two people are trying to figure out what to do about the bathroom. Meanwhile I gave 3 tired kids in bed waiting to use the bathroom. They both came to room and took 5-10 minutes to finally get bathroom opened. We were so tired and this was just all a huge inconvenience. We would never stay there again.

The breakfast was very basic. The facility was looking a bit tired. It was very adequate for the tyoe of hotel. The area was safe. There lots of flowers and the grounds we well kept.
