I have a very mixed review to leave.
On one hand, the staff did their best to help us upgrade to a larger room so we could be more comfortable. I appreciated that. On the other hand, when we got to our room, there were filthy food, encrusted dishes in the cupboards and hairs in the shower and oven was dirty. The rest of the room, though was gorgeous and clean when I called the front desk to let them know the employee acted like he could not care less. That was frustrating, because I made it clear that there were good things about the room and we appreciated it but dirty dishes were over the top. Then, at the end of our day, we had been told we could have a late check out. When our room key quit working, my husband went to the desk and asked why. They then said that we could not have our late check out as promised after all because they needed to clean the room. What a mess. That really put us in a bind and changed my whole view of this hotel. I will not stay here again and I am not interested in using Hotels.com either. I think they don’t give a rap if you book through a big booking company. I’ve been a Bonvoy member for years and I think if I had booked through them. I would’ve gotten better service.
