We checked in, the room was hot. We went to dinner, so the room could cool down. The room was still hot when we returned. The toilet overflowed. We went to get a refund because it was prepaid (it wasn't supposed to be). The lady got on the phone with Hotels.com and argued with them for over an hour about a refund. They finally said we didn't have to pay for the 2nd night, but they wouldn't refund the 1st night. They tried to get us to book a different room, but my husband said no (because it was a dump) We finally left and stayed at another hotel. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

People smoking on the stairs and next to their rooms. Stairs smell like tobacco.
My room was fleas infested and was move to a different room quickly.
The towel was old and need to be replaced. We stayed there last year and was very impressed and satisfied. I haven’t given up on them yet.
