Was great! Do not agree with the pet fee though. My dog is very clean and quiet. Also please do not have someone leaf blowing the parking lot at 9am. Was very rudely awoken much too early.

The photos are 200 times better than reality. Words cannot accurately describe how BAD this place is. Floors are cracked and peeling. Walls are stained. Bedding has holes & cigarette burns! The bathroom sink faucet was so loose that it wobbled and turns when you turn a handle. The wall of the shower has huge cracks, like a football player bashed into it and broke the whole thing. Loudest A/C unit I've ever heard. Fridge *barely* cools. A homeless dude in a beat-up van is living in the parking lot (!!), cooking out of a small portable grill. Light fixtures were missing bulbs, so I had to swap bulbs around. Deadbolt on the door is broken off. SUPER SKETCHY. This place should charge about $40/night, max.

The photos are 100 times better than reality. Words are not sufficient to describe how *bad* this place is. The floors are chipped and peeling. Lights are missing bulbs, so you have to move lightbulbs around. The shower wall has huge cracks (poorly repaired), that looks like a football players threw himself against the wall and broke the whole thing. The bathroom sink faucet is so loose that the whole faucet moves & twists around when you try to use it. The fridge wobbles around and BARELY cools. The blanket on the bed is covered in rips & holes! There is a homeless guy parking in a beat-up van and cooking over a small portable grill IN THE PARKING LOT. Pool was covered in fallen leaves. Possibly the *loudest* wall A/C unit I've ever heard, all bent and stained. Super sketchy area, too. The staff were nice & helpful, though. This place should be $40/night, max.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Well I can't say that I stayed because I left The soon as I walked into the room. The blanket had cigarette hole burns and the walls and curtains were stained as well as the sheets. And when I told the front desk the condition of the room he just simply replied okay...

They took my money and when i stop ny the place there was no room available. They threw me out to the street at 2AM in a not low crime area at all. They keep my money i I didn’t have where to go with out the money for a new reservation, let alone a safe place to sleep.

2 stars because the room was inexpensive, close to busch gardens, and at least didnt have bugs. This hotel fell short in many other ways though. Either bad reviews arent being posted or the location has changed hands at some point. We paid a little over 100 dollars for the night, deposit seems to vary person to person and can be made with cash or card. Hotels.com said it was $80, a paper in the lobby said $150, my deposit was $50, and i did receive it back after a business day. We stayed in room 252. It looked like the door had been forced in and repaired with one of those hardware store fix-a-jam kits. There were numerous large dents from where the door was beaten in on both sides. The swing lock on the inside was broken and missing one half. All of the locks look like theyve been modified or possibly rekeyed. Feels sketchy. The room itself was outdated and underkept. The vinyl floors were peeling and missing chinks in some spots. Some of the lights didnt work and the tv remote was missing a battery. The comforter had burn holes in it and the bed frame is made of metal, one of the beds in our room made a very loud pop noise everytime you moved on it. The floor around the sink and in the bathroom was dirty, and there were burn marks on the toilet seat. I cant comment on the shower because we opted not to use it. It looked old but clean. If you find that you need an emergency room it works. I would not vacation here though. No breakfast or ice machine. Staff was fine.

When we first checked in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied. The guests for that room were not there, but their stuff was.the staff seemed surprised to have that roomfilled. We were assigned a new room, after googling the number, no phones in the rooms. The room seemed like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. There was an open soap on the counter. The bathroom was missing a door. We slept in our clothes and on top of bedding, mouse or moth holes in the bedding. The locks on the door didn’t work, so we propped a chair under the handle to alert us to any unwarranted visitors in the middle of the night.

When I arrived at the Bay Inn, there were two workers at the desk arguing. The desk was behind plexiglass and the lobby was very run down. There were two people in front of me waiting for the back and forth to end in order to check in. Once checked in, I found my room. There was a group of people loitering right outside of my room, very loud and essentially having a party in the parking lot. (Annoying, not necessarily the hotels fault) The room looked nothing like the photos provided online. There were patches on the walls, the floor was concave, the comforter had burn marks all over it, and it smelled really bad. I can’t say it was dirty, it had obviously been cleaned but the quality of the room was severely lacking. The mattress was clearly old, it creaked when you moved and only two pillows were provided for a king sized bed. The remote for the tv was not compatible to the tv on the wall, again, not the end of the world but inconvenient. All in all, I didn’t sleep well and I woke up early and checked out. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to sleep and don’t have high or even medium standards, this place is for you. I will not return. I didn’t feel safe, the room was unsatisfactory, and the check in experience was terrible. I do not recommend.

Booking never specified smoking or non smoking availability. The room was very small, outdated, dirty, and smelled liked someone smoked a carton of cigarettes while cleaning and odor caused my partmer to have breathing issues.

The place is bugfree but that is about the best thing. The sink didn't ha e cold water, the bathroom door didn't latch and therefore wouldnt stay closed. The security latch on the room door was broken and useless. All in all, not a room worth the cost.
