A true gem in Rancho de Taos, artful, grounding, a
Desert Flower Boutique Hotel is one of those rare places that feels like it was truly made with intention. Every corner, from the butterfly-painted breakfast area to the handmade decor gracing the walkway, reflects the owner Jodi’s care, creativity, and commitment to community and sustainability. Room Seven, with its private hot tub and patio twinkling under string lights, was the perfect blend of comfort and charm.
One of the highlights of our stay was waking up to a warm, sunny breakfast room filled with natural light, cozy pillows, and the most unforgettable blueberry muffin I’ve ever tasted. Seriously, as a lifelong foodie and muffin lover, I’m still dreaming about it. The peaceful space, paired with fresh tea or coffee, made it feel like home with a touch of magic.
Jodi went above and beyond, even after hours, to make sure we got in safely and had everything we needed. He greeted us the next morning with warmth, conversation, and a sense of hospitality that made us feel instantly welcomed and genuinely cared for.
This isn’t just a hotel, it’s an experience. One built on thoughtful design, soulful touches, and authentic connection.
