repeat stay at this hotel, love the location and cleanliness of the hotel.

Staff were friendly and out to assist. The room type I wanted not available but they went out to offer alternatives. Room was large and clean. Because I am a very light sleeper I find the room a little noisy. Hotel is small but located next to Terminal21 and all amenities. My usual goto in Bangkok.

Location is awesome.. Juz mins to Terminal 21.. meaning BTS, MRT, food is of no problem. Mins to Health Land too, quality massage at your service nearby. Cleanliness maintained well, cleaners were very cheerful & helpful. No faulty equipment or issues. No problem wif water pressure or flushing. No smell. Bed is nice. Didnt utilise e TV. Overall a great place, slightly more expensive if u compare it some boutique budget hotel. But i would say its worth it.

Good location but bed too soft.

We took the deluxe room with windows and was given a room on the first level in a discreet corner next to the bar as the other rooms though its bigger and comes with bathtub but does not have windows. The room is a lot smaller than in pictures but we had to make do with it as we wanted windows but the down side is that the air condition compressor were just right outside the windows therefore its very noisy and it defeats the purpose of having a window cos the sunlight can't shine in. They did however mention to us that if we would like to change we can approach them in the next morning to check if there is any vacant room as they are fully booked that night. Probably cos we are on the ground level, the washroom has a very strong sewage smell especially from the basin.The shower head and holder was broken and the shower head could just fell out halfway throughout the shower which is pretty dangerous. We can't tune to the TV channels so we had no entertainment in the room other than our phones. The service was good though, the staffs were courteous and always smile at us whenever we pass. The location is great as there are massages, convenient stores, Terminal 21 and train stations are less than 5mins walk away.
