Great hotel but did not have a pleasant
Usually it's my favorite hotel to stay in Ridgeway. But this time, lots of construction at the hotel. No balcony or hot tub (as advertised) No late night check in front desk associate. No room service. While in the room lights were turned off by the construction crew, took them 45 minutes to turn it back on. No coffee filters in the room.

Great stay!
Great weekend getaway. Check in was great and we were greeted with water and fresh cookies. We were able to get a room with a hot tub on the balcony. While the hot tub did need to be filled and it was low, it didn’t affect our stay. We had a beautiful view to wake up to seeing the mountains. The room keep heat very well and the in room fireplace is a must for winter! So happy I found this hotel and we will definitely be back!

High Wattage, High Risk
It was a beautiful room but upon trying to use both microwave and refrigerator, I found neither plugged in because only one standard plug was available and being overused by a wall AC unit plus an air purifier! Both exceeding draw on wattage. Neither of three nearby appliances had any access to power, microwave. Frig, coffee pot. I reported this to receptionist.

When we went to our room someone was in it. I guess all the keys fit in all the doors. The staff was great about helping us. The person moved and they cleaned up our room. The most disappointing part was drinks were 15 dollars and the food was way over priced for very small amounts. The hotel was being worked on so the spa was not available. But overall the place was nice and the staff was really nice.
