Stopper in tub was unattached, but otherwise worked fine. Desk clerk (Karina or Carina)who was working at check-in on Friday, 12/6, was awesome. Charge card machine was down, but we had reserved on Expedia, to pay at hotel. I had planned to use a different charge card to pay than the one I had saved on my Expedia account. She walked me through how to delete the old card and save the new card that I wanted to use with total ease. Very friendly, with a good sense of humor and great people skills. I highly recommend her for a promotion, bonus, pay raise in the near future or, at the least, recognition for promoting Best Western as a top customer service experience when staying at this hotel! ,,
