Bathroom was in need of repair - ceiling cracked and falling, tiles on floor without grout and loose. Second night I had to circle the parking lot twice before grabbing the last spot to park. Not worth the money.

Our worst hotel experience ever

We arrived a little after 3 pm in a rush to check in and get to the flea market that closes at 4 pm. There was no one at the front desk, we had to wait nearly 10 minutes til someone showed up. We went to our room 123 the internet was very slow. Later that evening when it was even slower, I went to the front desk to complain, but no one was there again. At about midnight when we were sleeping the hotel alarm went off, we had to get dressed and go outside. Again no one at the front desk to help us. We went outside in the rain, and nearly a half hour later we were told it was a false alarm. The next morning again no internet. I want a full refund for this horror show.

GREAT !

Family and I enjoyed our stay ! Rooms was clean though the bed was a little uncomfortable to me. Front desk receptionists was very nice and helpful. Pool and hot tub was clean and great. Breakfast was good though I wish there was a little more variety in terms of breakfast meat. Definitely recommend !

My sister and I came to have a girls night with our daughters because we are just getting bored out of our minds. The people above us sound like they’re running marathons. Jumping up and down. Punching the floor. We complained several times and every time we did- about ten minutes later it was worse. This happened from about an hour or two after check in- to, well I’m still listening to it laying in this bed. Our girls are young. 4 and 6 and it was difficult for them to sleep or pay attention because the banging literally never stopped. Besides that the pool needs more and bigger towels. Other than that- this place is beautiful, staff is courteous, room was very very clean, other guests, especially in the pool area, were thoughtful and kind. I would stay again if the banging stopped. I feel like a crazy person. It just never stopped.
