We have plenty of nice things to say but we did have some major disappointments. We arrived at 4:16pm having received a message that check in was at 4pm. I had received a text at 12:00pm saying we were in one room and what our code was for the door. 40 mins later we got a text saying our room was elsewhere. When we arrived we went to the registration office, but there was a sign, at 4:16pm, saying that they would be back at 6:20pm.However I wasnt too worried because I had a code. We carried our bags up the stairs to our room and the code did not work. Thinking we may be in the room from the first text, we took our bags and went to it. The code did not work. I phoned for assistance and there was no answer. at 5:10pm a staff member came back. She was a pleasant person, but didn't seem to be too apologetic for our circumstances. She said she had to drive the staff back to their housing. My mother is disabled with chronic pain having Multiple Sclerosis and was in great need to stretch out her body after the car trip. We timed our traveling around this to care for her needs .Her body locked up in that wait time and it was not a great start for her trip and affected her experience there after. We booked the loft and it was a great space. However, there was trash left in the garbage can and an entire pizza left in the refrigerator. So perception was that it had not been cleaned. Jacuzzi wasnt working as well. Great location, warm room & cozy beds. I'd return, with better service.
