It's a cheap hotel. But we asked for maid service multiple times and never got it. We had to go ask for more towels daily. Its clean enough but the parking sucks.

This motel was ok. Nothing fancy. But it was clean which was the main thing we look for. Front desk was friendly. Beds were ok. Parking is terrible as they share parking with Sharky’s. On our last night there, we had to park in the overflow lot and someone wrote profanity on our car with the construction dust we picked up on the way down. At checkout, the office was closed. I wasn’t comfortable just dropping our keys in the box and hope they knew we checked out on time. So we took it to their other property and dropped them off. The heating/air unit puts off a ridiculous amount of heat out on the balcony. It’s almost unbearable to sit out there. Overall, it was clean and staff was friendly. We’d probably stay again on a short trip. We never got our $50 damage deposit back though. We were told they released it, but never got it back.

No shower curtain lights didn’t work beds where nasty mold on ceiling mold on pull out couch elevators didn’t work doors had to be slammed to shut staff was rude when we tryed to unload just overall needs to be shut down and bull dozed and they only gave 1 towel and told us that was plenty for two adults and 3 kids

I booked two rooms because it was for a family vacation so they tell u to check in at 4 so when I go to do that the lady at the desk tells me only one room is ready the other one isn’t I’m like okay I’ll just unload are stuff into the one room well the lot to the hotel is shared with the restaurant next to it so had to park in an overflow lot that’s farther down the road across the street mind u my mother Is disabled and it’s hard for her to walk some times and when I tell u it’s always packed in the lot it’s always packed so good luck gettin a spot in front of the hotel so I come back a couple hours later to see if the other room is ready there was a different woman at the desk and she was nice but told me my room has been ready and wasn’t sure why the other lady told me it wasn’t…that’s not only it one of the rooms was making my husband feel sick come to find out there was mold all under the beds and wall and yes he called the front office to address and the worker his name was Parker was so rude it was ridiculous he eventually sent the supervisor to the room to check it out now I think his name was Jeremy he was very nice and moved us to another room and solved the problem thoroughly… so do I recommend this hotel absolutely not it was just one thing after another

Didn’t have the room available that we booked. The first room we were offered smelled like marijuana and the door was propped open when we arrived, we moved to another room. No plug near the bed to charge your phone for alarm. No trash can in the room. No washcloths. Parking a block from the hotel so we brought in minimal items. No blow dryer. No blankets for pull out bed that was offered since we were only given one bed

Parking lot is shared with Sharky’s. So parking is horrible after 3pm. You will be lucky to get a spot. Air conditioner vibrates the entire wall. The tv had lines through it. The bed was actually comfortable and you have to get your towels from the front desk. They aren’t in the room. No hair dryers either

This place was absolutely horrible. We got there to check in at 4 which is check in time, and they said our room was not ready. They didn’t allow us to check in until 6:30. When I asked for a late check out since we couldn’t get into our room that we were paying for until 2.5 hours later, they said no. When we finally got in our room the ceiling was covered in mold (pictured below). I asked to switch rooms and they said they were fully booked. This place is GROSS. Not to mention the parking is shared with Sharky’s restaurant so you will never be able to find a spot. We were running groceries into our room and parked in the 15 minute registration parking until we could find a permanent spot and the RUDE staff member told us to move or we would be towed. Spend your money elsewhere.

It was fine till the room had a pipe bust then the floor was getting wet..told the office. They didn't send maintenance till the next day after i had to go tell them it was getting worse. Still nothing. Came from dinner and the whole floor was flooded. Ruined my stay. Didn't even get to enjoy my stay.

DO NOT get this hotel. A last minute stay was needed. Given the price is was an okay stay for last minute. The room was okay when I looked at it. When I came back to sleep one of the beds broke. The other was uncomfortable to sleep in. No hot water. When I put the latch on to lock it broke. It was like it was superglued on. I attempted to go talk to front desk but they closed at 1100 pm.

We rented the room with the kitchen but the fridge didn't work so we let them know on day 2 which no one came out to fix it. So my husband on our last day told someone else that it didn't work so we finally got it fixed on our last night there. Which we lost alot of sandwich meat because it didn't hold nothing cold. We had to put our milk in the freezer in order to keep it cold. Plus the kitchen had only 1 fork n no spoons n the pots n pans looked very old. Other than that we had a great time n we will return next year.

absolutely disgusting. there was mold allll over the walls and ceiling. The elevator did not work. The guy in the room next to me pee'd off the balcony. It was so loud everywhere. But the mold was by far the worst part. I refused to even unpack because of fear of bed bugs. I refused to stay, I left and drove home over spending one night in this mold filled hotel.

Bathroom smelled like a sewer and was so strong that you couldn’t even shower. There was also a sewer smell coming from the kitchen sink as well. Not sure if it was backed up pipes or what but it definitely made the stay very uncomfortable.

Very nice staff. The place is conveniently located in the heart of PCB. The room was comfortable and had nice amenities. But, it wasn’t that clean. The shower and tub, especially, could have used a second once over. The floors had a sheen of sand on them but that is likely to be the case for anyplace right on the beach.

I had to change rooms 3 x in one day ! The entire rooms were wet.. floors, bed and furniture... Had a unexpected death and had to leave 3 days early and they would not refund my money.. or my deposit!!! Never again !!!

the only thing i can complain about is the water randomly shutting off without warning or anything, and the ac being broken. other than that, the view is so beautiful and you cannot beat the prices for the room. the pool also has a weird baja blast color, maybe from the beach or rain but it was really weird to see.
