I've spent a few thousand nights in hotel rooms - I was a flight attendant for 23 years! That qualifies me to have an opinion that matters. And what stood out most was clean and neat facility, bed and linens were clean and comfortable and the best of all...the customer service. People in a wedding party were yelling up and down the hall late at night; but the front desk girl (who was working alone) took the time to come up to the third floor to check things out. But better than that was my check out. I had the greatest conversation with a woman who was GENUINELY happy that my stay was comfortable. She was someone you need to clone. She was an absolute pleasure to interact with. You can't find it everywhere and you certainly can't buy it. This woman was born with the right personality to be in that position...and like I said, you need to close her. Because when customers walk away happy - like I did - the impression lasts a lifetime!
