Really tried but this Hotel what's pretty bad

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. To start, the elevator didn’t open on the 4th floor, making it difficult to access our room. Once inside, we discovered used soap, shampoo, and conditioner left from the previous guest — a clear sign that the room was not properly cleaned.
There was no hot water, and the breakfast was extremely poor quality. The orange juice was expired, and the food looked like it had been sitting out for too long. The cabinets in the breakfast area were broken and dirty, which just added to the overall sense of neglect.
The floors were black with grime and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The hotel is not handicap-friendly at all, which made things even more difficult for us.
The worst part? The front desk staff were calling rooms urging people to check out early and even said that our rate was “too high,” as if it was our fault! When we tried to speak with a manager, we were told there wasn’t one available. For all this, they only offered a $50 refund, which felt like a joke compared to the level of inconvenience and discomfort we experienced.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. I expected basic cleanliness and decency, and even that was too much to ask here.
