Mt. Pleasant and Very Pleasant 3 night stay.
Actually called ahead and checked in a day early. Staff was most accommodating and honored our few requests. The kitchen steward was an amazing ambassador for the hotel, greeted us each morning, chatted with us about surrounding sites and gave us the menu for the next day. Better stay than more expensive hotels in the area.

We have stayed at this particular location several times over the course of several years. Super convenient to Isle of Palms, Mount Pleasant and Charleston attractions. Shopping is all around the hotel, and a great sports bar/restaurant is literally at the edge of the parking area. Staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful with whatever your need or question. The facility is starting to show some wear, but the hotel is always clean and inviting. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property five times over the past few years. We recently stayed there a few weeks ago and this property is just rundown. The hallway, the stairwell, the rooms themselves are filthy. All of the rooms and the hotel smells like must and mold we had to change our room because of the mold, smell and the room we changed into wasn’t much better. The front desk staff, although polite and nice don’t follow through with what they say they’re going to do. There’s no communication between the person there and the person coming in the replace them. The breakfast went from an 8 a few years ago down to a 3. They did away with the hot oatmeal. They did away with the bacon. They did away with the hard-boiled eggs. Everything is basically microwaved and thrown on the table. The only thing we did like were the make your own waffles, they can’t keep up with making coffee because they have the small coffee urns for everybody downstairs who is having breakfast I had to ask to replenish the coffee three times and people were just waiting. That was our last stay at this hotel. The parking was OK
