poor hotel
I recently stayed at your property, and while I appreciated the updated look of the hotel, my experience was significantly impacted by multiple issues—chief among them, the lack of proper air conditioning.
Upon arrival after a long day in the heat, I entered a room that was well over 85 degrees. Despite maintenance’s best efforts, the unit only blew hot air. After 20 minutes with no improvement, I had to redress and go to the front desk to request a different room.
Unfortunately, the second room presented similar problems: the “cool” setting on the AC unit was unresponsive and only produced slightly cooler air. To make matters worse, the room’s phone did not work, so I once again had to redress and return to the front desk to be moved a third time.
I understand that technical issues can occur, and your team appeared to be doing their best under pressure. However, the repeated inconveniences and discomfort significantly affected my stay. As such, I am requesting a partial refund or another form of compensation to resolve this matter fairly.
