I have no complaints about the staff or the facility. But I would not recommend you pay this hotel directly, because they really messed up my bill. Firstly, please be aware that this hotel takes a $100 DEPOSIT. This is not the same as putting your card on file for incedentals. They actually charge uou $100, and it wont fall off your account for days. I planned on paying when I got to the hotel and got a text from the property asking me to check in and provide payment info. I did, and at the same time I upgraded my room to 2 beds instead of 1. That upgrade was not done, so I asked them to do it when I arrived. For some reason that made them charge my account a second time. Another $300 out of my account, which ruined my weekend. So in a nutshell, I paid $700 for 2 nights at a cheap hotel.amd thr money was not restored for days after I returned home.
