Pool has scum and stuff floating on the top. Water murky and dirty. Staff said filter isn’t working right and they’ll clean it tomorrow. We leave at 6:30 am. Not safe to leave the pool open. Really should credit guests.

Very spartan - no information on the area, places to eat, things to do. Not even any paper or a writing utensil in the room. And the business center printer was not functional for the 3 days I tried using it even after letting staff know - it was apparently new but no one had put it on line. It was also very off-putting when checking in to have a guest reporting a toilet not flushing - to which he was handed a plunger. Really? Guest service? Hopefully he sends a plumbing bill.
