Check out the room before you stay
The bathroom looked like it was never mopped and there was a neighbor across our room that had a dog. Woke us up doing loud whimpering sounds. The sink didn’t drain as it supposed to. No room service was offered.

First off the managers are liars and disrespectful! I won’t speak on the employees/ other staff because I didn’t have an issue with them! Management got upset and started lying and finding ways to get me out the hotel because I made a bad review! Regardless of the price of the hotel the standard and way this hotel was ran is pathetic! I’ve contacted cooperate , and the news company because they are liars and racist! They harassed me for days until I finally had enough ! I will be uploading pictures and videos to social media platforms and news stations . I’ve contacted the state and code enforcement to come make sure the hotel can even be running!
