Cheap, but service unreliable
Using a basic search, this was the least expensive chain hotel location in the general Gatlinburg area. We stayed at this hotel for a week starting on the night of December 24. The room lacked clean towels after checking in, but I was able to get them from the front desk. The room smelled good (i.e., no smells from smoke). The main service problem was that the reception area wasn't able to provide any coffee reliably after the main coffeemaker apparently died on December 25 and that there was no maid service any time for our room during the seven night stay that we had. Part of this was inevitably because it was during the Christmas holiday; the hotel was probably only about 5% or 10% occupied on the nights of the 24th and 25th, so many employees apparently had the time off. This was still a good value for the price that we paid.

Rude and disrespectful manager
Did not stay the night but was charged anyway. Room was terrible and filthy. The manager was rude and unprofessional when I inquired about a room change. She just told the clerk to give me a refund, which they denied when they were contacted. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I understand they are renovating but when I asked about a different room that’s when the disrespect and lies began. The owners need to take a long look at the management and renovate that as well. There were other issues while we were there but that’s not for me to discuss on here.

This hotel need attention
Room without ac and heaters in a cool weather, we pay for been cold here. Room dont have a phone to communicate with front desk and the cleaning was bad! Bad experience

Requested extra pillows as there were only 3 SMALL ones in room. Not available. Also only had 6 stations on tv. 3 of wich were News! There was NO WORKING ice machine on premises.

Very Let Down
Well.. we had high hopes, but was quickly let down. The unit in our room was so old and broken, didnt have knobs to tell what setting you were choosing. We were having to guess and either be too hot or too cold. Our beds came with one pillow and no comforter...literally just a sheet. Our hot water did not work at all... we werent able to shower in our own room so we had to go next door to family's room. No TV remote. No coffee pot but had coffee packs on the TV stand. The lady at the front desk was NOT helpful. We told her of all problems and 2 days later at check out, none of them were fixed. Will never stay here again. We were also told by front desk that breakfast was an option.. from 8am-10am there was supposed to be waffles, cereals, breakfast bars, juce, coffee, etc. We walk down at 8:20am and the same, very rude receptionist informed us that they done have breakfast but she had some granola bars she could give. So one staff told us one thing at 7pm and next morning it all changed?? The only good thing i can say is that i checked each bed multiple times as soon as we checked in and was clear of bed bugs.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
The beds are so uncomfortable, the place was filthy and outdated, there was absolutely no service, I couldn’t get clean linens, the office (lobby) was always locked, and the complimentary breakfast - it did not exist. The receptionist stayed in the room next to us and had numerous people in and out all evening, her dog NEVER shut up, and the smell of marijuana coming from her door would nearly knock you down! Also, I am STILL waiting for the return of my $75 deposit and am considering filing a dispute for full amount due to my experience. So save yourself the headache and do NOT stay here!

Lousy customer service. Dishonest night clerk.
We were running late so I called the hotel just before midnoght to let them know we were 30 minutes out. The clerk said "no problem, call the number on the door when you arrive for your room." We arrived within 30 minutes and called the number to find it went to a voice mailbox that had not been setup, leaving us in our vehicle with nowhere to sleep at 12:45am. Hotel.com was also unable to reach them and Days Inn customer service was no help. We had to find a hotel with a 24 hr desk and pay twice as much for a room. The hotel we had paid for then said we were a no show since we showed up after 12 and it was not their problem despite calling before 12 and being told we would still be able to check in and the clerk just leaving us hanging. The clerk the next morning could not have cared less and told us we'd have to deal with hotels.com. We've stayed there many times before but unlikely to again as their service is terrible and staff is dishonest. Basically ripped me off for my night's stay.

This was the worst ever first in order No rolling cart to take items to room I am a heart patient No ice machine in working order One set of towels asked for more gave 2 washcloths No remote control in room had to go over 6 times then they finally found one Remodeling we’re going on for this conference they were told it were going to be finished most of the conference attendees left and went down to another hotel No phones in room Tv only had 5 channels that work Outside were a mess needed to be cleaned I will never stay at this hotel again requesting a refund

The most horrible "hotel" in the world
Terrible place to stay, dirty, bugs, they did not clean any day of my stay, the microwave did not work, the refrigerator did not work either, in a room for 6 people there was only one towel when I asked for more at the reception they said that the laundry guy did not go to work, the hotel was dirty in the hallways, the first night there was no light in the hallways, there was only one elevator for the entire hotel, my mother who is 84 years old and has problems in her legs had to walk A LOT because there is only one elevator, in the parking lot there were mattresses thrown everywhere and construction material, the bathtub was VERY DIRTY and the drain was clogged (the water was going very slowly), in general a HORRIBLE "hotel" if you are really thinking of staying at this "hotel" I wish you good luck LOL.

Bad experience in this hotel, I drove 9hrs to get there when I get there the receptionist was kind a rude she give me my room and oh surprise!! I never saw a room like this before, Ugly dirty smelly horrible rooms in this pictures you can see how bad was my room, this hotel need a very good and qualified housekeepings and a excellent supervisor because to make sure the rooms are ready for the guesses. This is how I found my room. And the personal attitude was very bad.

Unhappy
We are not pleased. We booked for 2 night and only stayed 1. We asked for a refund at the hotel and they said we would need to discuss with hotel.com. The room was disgusting, dust in the carpet corners, spider webs. Carpet had food and dirt on it. Very dirty smells. Unopened soap from previous guests were left. Bugs on bed. I have pictures of everything. We even asked for towels and we were declined towels. We did not shower due to this. Very disappointed with our stay.

Get what you pay for.
No towels, no wifi, no toilet paper, no telephone to call front desk, no housekeeping and no shuttle. Basically everything advertised was not offered. Will not be back.

Bad!
It was so run down and dirty. I’ve never stayed in hotel this bad. They didn’t have blankets or towels in our room. There was so much dirt on the bathroom floor, mold in the shower. This place was disturbing

Honest opinion
The room did not have a table light or alarm clock, it appeared yo be recently remodeled but the holes in the night srand did not align with outlet. The shower had issues of its own. They did not put washcloths in the room we had to ask and then wait for some to be laundered. Upon check in and out the dssk personnel were more worried about talking on cell phones. However, the location is convenient to attractions.
