Do not stay here. I booked a room and was unable to stay there due to it being dirty when I checked in. The comforters and coverlets were stained and when I politely asked the front desk if I could get a new comforter, they joked that it hadn't been cleaned. I didn't find this funny. They told me that they were all out of clean comforters, and so I politely apologized, and said that I would have to find a new place to stay due to the fact that they wouldn't try to help me out, and clean the room. I did just that and stayed at a SpringHill Suites a couple miles away, and had a lovely night. When Expedia followed up with them, potentially trying to get me compensation for my failed stay, the woman at the front desk acknowledged the situation, acknowledged that the room was unclean, and swiftly told the agent that I would not be getting a refund, nor any compensation. This was a horrible experience, and I'm glad I ended up checking out the same night I was supposed to check in.
