The only thing I didn't like was check in. We could not check in until 4 pm and then there was a crowd. It was right before our dinner reservations and we couldn't freshen up before we had to leave. we wanted to add an extra night and could not do that because we called after 5pm the night before. Other than that everything was wonderful. It was quiet, clean, roomy. Staff was friendly and there to help.

Great stay!
Wonderful facility and friendly staff. Very convenient to everything!! Kitchen had everything we needed. My only comment is that the TVs were pretty small about 27” or 32”

Overall the property is a great place to spend a few nights. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower and bathroom had lots of room. Full sized kitchen appliances were great to have. However, as a few other travelers have mentioned... you will hear your neighbors. We could hear footsteps and a baby crying from the room above ours. Just be sure to ask to stay in a top floor apartment and you'll really enjoy a good night's sleep!

We were very surpised with the size of our room, well more like a mini apartment! The fire place in doors and outside were great. At one time the outside fire place wasnt working, they had someone out within 5 minutes to fix it! The indoor pool was nice as well. Our only hope would have been some kind of breakfast!

Very pleased!
Really impressed with our stay here. The rooms were beautiful and very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for our family of 6, which is not an easy feat for a hotel.

This was a great location to walk to the Colonial Williamsburg area. However, I was not happy with the pressure to attend their sales pitch for purchasing a vacation package. You have to meet with a sales person to get your parking pass. Can't you just rent from them and enjoy your trip without pressure to purchase a vacation package. This "great opportunity" is not what everyone is looking for.

The size of the condo was perfect for our stay. However, we were in a condo which faced the back parking lot and the train tracks. Train was noisy. Additionally, the walls seem very thin, as we were able to hear the occupant in the adjoining room, snoring. First floor units are noisy with families staying overhead.

The guy at check in was not friendly. This is a timeshare-like sales pitch. I spent 3 hours and ended up getting up and leaving. I did not have time for this on my short stay. The condo was clean but the shower could use some more attention. The hall walking in could use a little more cleaning. Made me wonder what I was going to be staying in. The sales people were nice, just not for me.

We'll be back!
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was just perfect for 2 couples. Comfortable, clean and a great location near Colonial Williamsburg and shopping and restaurants. We'll come back again!

Couples Retreat
I had a wonderful valentine's mini vacation. This hotel was great washer and dryer with a full kitchen. The employees are wonderful. Free parking, and we even got free robes!!

This place was so convenient for visiting Colonial Williamsburg. It was great coming home to a "home-like" facility at the end of a fun, but tiring day.

Overall this property is clean and in great condition. If you book through Expedia, the room you get has some noise from the nearby train and stairwell. They really should invest in softer beds as both the bedroom and sofa beds are on the hard side. The pool is enjoyable and a comfortable temperature. You will get a sales pitch now when you book (this is my second booking and first since the pandemic) and the two ladies I spoke with were not on the same page with the details. I did not follow through with keeping my "preview." I also want to forewarn you not to drink the provided hotel coffee as it really upset my GI tract terribly. Besides a few details (some noise, harder beds, sales pitch, questionable coffee), I like this property - it is clean and the rooms have a full kitchen, it is in a good location for getting to Colonial Williamsburg, and it has a year-round indoor pool.

We liked everything about our 2-bedroom condo. Loved having two bathrooms and a kitchen. Very spacious with comfortable beds. Will definitely return!

Very nice we will return!
Staff waa awesome very polite and helpful the room was very nice and clean . Bed was comfortable which is a surprise because most places i stay the beds are average or below so that was a pleasant surprise. Only issue was the toilet handle had to be jiggled a little to stop it from running after use but thats nothing not even anything to blink at . The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils and supplies anyone will need to cook a nice meal which i did several times for me and my girlfriend. Our stay was great we will return.

Meh
The location is actually a timeshare like deal and after checking in I was sent to concierge where the sales team really tried to put pressure on me to sign up for the free sales offer no matter how kindly I declined. We stayed in the 2 room deluxe it was pretty nice and there was a nice selection of cook ware and dinner ware provided for the kitchen. We were not provided the extra bedding we needed for the pull out couch which was no big deal and the house keeping staff was awesome in (dropping what they were doing which they should not have had to do) to bring us what we needed. my real complaint is as much as you pay for a nights reservation the back master bedroom was freezing cold you could feel cold air pouring through the window in the back bathroom to get the room warm enough for our infant son we had to use the emergency heat which made the main gathering areas hot as hell while the back room remained cold at best. Two separate times in the guest bathroom creepy crawlies of the order Blattodea kind were spotted. So again it was an okay stay but there could be some improvements made.
