This was my second time staying here. First time was about 2 years ago.
There are up-charges for use of the gym, pool, and sauna. There are benefits to that, as even a minor fee can help ensure that the shared spaces are used by those who are most likely to help take care of them. The gym was well-equipped.
Rooms are nice. Some things are starting to show hard wear, for example the handicapped rails in my room were a little rickety. I don’t need them, and was glad for that, as I wouldn’t have fully trusted them.
There is no in-room coffee maker. IMO no one should have to shuffle down to the lobby first thing after stepping out of bed and pay for a basic cup of coffee.
They are not clear on the billing. I’ve reached out a few times to ask about a charge that appeared on my statement for the day I checked out. The statement was not available to me as I was leaving because I was told there was some kind of error that needed to be fixed.
