For what I paid for my room, I can’t complain too much, however, the listing said there was breakfast, there was a restaurant in the hotel, and there was a pool and when I got there, none of these were actually true. The pool was closed. The restaurant was closed, and the only thing they offered in the morning was coffee. Additionally, the shower was dirty. With all this said, I repeat for what I paid. The only thing that was a real inconvenience was finding out there was no restaurantand having to go to a store after I checked in to get something to eat. The two staff members I actually saw and dealt with. We’re very friendly and kind. I didn’t mention my disappointment and the issues I mentioned above to them, seeing as I know, they don’t really have anything to do with all that. My real disappointment is with Hotels.com because this has happened multiple times where the hotel isn’t what’s advertised in the past and there’s no real way to deal with any of it.
