It is okay
You get what you pay for. The view was amazing though and the access to the water is great! The noise from 98 wasn't bad at all like I thought it would be. Bed was comfy. Lots of pillows. AC worked great. Shower was good. Coffee is good. Fridge and microwave worked. Tv worked. Ice machine worked. Room is cozy. Breakfast was awful! Don't rely on it. Cereal with no milk, biscuits with no gravy and rubbery sausage. Eggs are precooked and microwaved and the juice was very water downed. A few muffins, wheat bread and cold biscuits. There is a waffle maker but that is it. Very few options and what is there is not good.

Fell a little short!
The Bed was comfortable and I was able to get a good hot shower. My two most important things as I am traveling on my Healing journey. However I was hit with an outrageous daily charge for my small Hypoallergenic dog. The microwave and the blow dryer were both broken. The towel rack is hanging from the wall and the back of entry door to room, when I shut it, looked like it had something spilled all over it and hardened. It was probably missed if room cleaned with the door wide open. And the window was filthy. But I had my 2 basic needs met. Just seems it wouldn't take much to go that extra mile.

The room appeared to be clean. When my wife used the restroom there was A big cockroach in the toilet. Not something you expect to see if the Room and property has pest control program.

Good hotel for the money. A lot of traffic noise.
Building was being painted while we were there. Update is nice but the paint fumes were terrible. Also sanding tools were noisy and the machine to paint with was noisy. Started work before I was ready to be awake and went all day so you could not nap. Breakfast was good but over by 9:00 so you still can’t sleep late and expect to eat. Nice hotel for the price. Traffic noise was high. I wish the pool was heated.

I usually like staying in this hotel, because of location close to the beach and clean rooms. This time however, there were men outside of my room painting my door while i was in the room, the smell of paint and physical obstruction were very inconvenient. I understand if it would be a busy session and hotel was full, but hotel was only probably 30 percent occupied to my estimate. I would expect the management could provid a room for a customer that was not under the construction. I had to leave earlier because the smell of pain and absence of privacy. I took a picture of a man right in front of my window painting.

It is obvious the moment that you pull up to this hotel that it is in dire need of repairs/ upkeep. This hotel was very outdated when compared to any photos online. The rooms are in poor shape, rusty coat rack, chipping paint, miscolored paint, floors buckling, mini fridge squealing, shower stains, broken chair, air conditioning not working. The sheets seemed to be clean, and I did not find any bedbugs, but did find several dead bugs thought the room. We were told at check in property is smoke free. People were smoking everywhere, dogs everywhere, and heavy smell of marijuana quite often. Breakfast was typical nothing worse or better than anywhere else. Lighting in breakfast area very poor. We saw a rat in the pool area. No housekeeping in the 3 days we stayed. Front desk staff was friendly at check in. When we asked for fresh towels we were met with an irritated front desk staff. Overall I would say choose another place to stay. If I felt I could have gotten my money back, I would have went on a search for another place to stay.
