Prior to visit, i just know that it is new but I do not realize that on NYE, it's the first day of officially operation. Everything is not in place yet. I am trying my best to understand and ignore the incompleteness. However, it is not just one or two thing but the issues happen across every touchpoints. From the slow respondent at front desk. The construction that still going on throughout the hotel. The workers who share the same lift with us up until over 6 pm. The dust in the room. The breakfast is supposed to ready by 6 pm but i arrived at 6 : 45 and food are not ready which there is no sign of apology from agents. Requesting for water by my mobile since there is no phone included in the room. The front desk asked me to wait for 15 mins. I wait for 45 mins and no bottle was served so I called twice and then they come. So I do not want to complain much but I think with this improper and not ready is not acceptable. You haven't given any discount or any signs of sincerity for any problems. And yet you decided to open at NYE coz you know it's the make money night. So my humble opinion is to be responsible for your true service and standard. No matter the extraordinary of Chaophraya River does not mean a thing with the service provided from your hotel. Just a statement for your improvement.
