For starters, the resort is under construction, every single floor!! Very loud, dusty & concrete chunks everywhere. Zero customer service. They don’t bring clean wash towels daily, when we requested them, took over an hour to get them delivered. Key cards de-magnetized 4 times in 3 days. Could not get in the garage or the room without parking & walking to another building for the temporary check in area, to get new cards. The bowling alley is no longer there. The restaurant that was on floor nine is not there. The Loco gecko is only open on weekends. Check-in was an absolute nightmare 45 minutes. I will never stay at this resort again. I’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach for 30 years and this was by far one of my worst experiences zero out of 10 would not recommend.
