The hotel is new, clean, I didnt have an issue with the minimalist approach either. Unfortunately experience was ruined upon checkout...Staff insisted to check if I used the minibar. Subtly accused me of lying and stealing a 10 baht sugar soda can, making matters worse is that I am diabetic and cant ever drink that sugar drink, they insisted its my fault despite my generous tips to ever random employee who approached me since check in. My driver waiting outside so they insisted I confess to the crime I didnt commit and pay the 18 baht penalty, I paid them 40 baht knowing that it makes me accept the insult, they unfortunately were still convinced I was lying! I can accept the minimalist amenities and cheap furniture for a 5 star hotel, but how can I accept this poor customer service as 5 Star customer service :(
