It was my third visit and convinced Okura is a gem. The service is always consistent: friendly and accommodating staff. In particular, I want to single out Assistant Front Desk Manager Bo and her team. You make the guests feel welcome from check in to check out!
I also want to send a big mahalo (Hawaiian for thank you) to Namtip, my housekeeper, who kept my room clean and comfy during my stay!

The daily breakfast buffet at Up and Above is amazing; what an awesome selection! The staff (waiters and chefs) do a great job taking care of not only me but all the guests who were there when I was!
La Patisserie on the ground level is an absolute must! The pastries are an astronomical delight!
Finally, thank you to GM Nick. You are always present, taking the time to greet guests and assist your team members! It happened daily! You are an amazing part of Okura. You not only make the guests feel welcome, but you set a great example for the employees. Everyone has a role in Okura’s success but it always starts at the top!
Thank you for another excellent stay. As I told Nick (and others), this time I stayed at Shangri-la for my first 4 nights. It does not compare to Okura even one tiny bit!
