bad place and bad customer service, dont recommend
I didn't even stay they charged me anyway and refused a refund, it was gross and filthy, stained sheets and hair in between sheets. then they offered a different room and it had exact same issues.

Place was dirty and run down. Bed skirts very dirty. Toilet was dirty. Linens frayed and old. Will never stay at a Roadway Inn again.

This hotel is by far the worst one we have stayed at. The room was filthy as well as the common areas as well. The hallways stink like cigarette smoke. The 3rd floor which is the top floor was so noisy from people on the 2nd floor. The desk attendants barely looked away from their phones while helping us with anything we needed. No coffee in the mornings. We checked out a day early. Will not be staying here again.

The property appears to be under renewal/renovation, but the process hadn't reached my room on the third floor. The walls were gray with dirt, there were horrible stains on the curtains and ceiling, the shower head had discolored mineral build-up with cigarette burns on the tub rim and rust above the door. Windows were filthy to the point where it was hard to see out. (Not that there was anything to look at.) I had stayed here before, but the property had deteriorated. I won't stay here again and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

Well I made a on line reservation for 10/18 today. I walked into the room getting ready to sit on the bed and there were bed bugs. I said something to the front desk. One they didn’t believe me so I had to show them the room to show them the bed bugs. Two they would not reimburse me because you can cancel a reservation only 24 hours in advance. They only offered me another room I said no and they only reimbursed me for my pet fee of $40.00. The room smelled bad there were burns on the blanket and the fridge didn’t work as well as the bathtub was filthy. I’m very upset and disappointed in the customer service, the building looking dirty and the parking lot had shady looking people. I would never recommend for anyone to stay there.

Decent price and friendly staff. There was so much ice buildup in the freezer of the mini fridge that it was unusable. Let the person at the desk know, he replace it with a fridge without a freezer. We use the freezer so the front desk said they would get the original freezer defrosted and return it. This never happened. Other than that everything was good.

Terrible room. Worst of the worst.
Room was dirty, bed bugs around headboard corners. Bathroom was in need of repair. Tolit holder coming out of wall. Tolit seat was wrong size for tolit. Sheets on bed had spots and looked dirty. Don't even consider this property, drive on by.

Meh....
Upon arriving in the room, there was a bad smell of it being old/mildew. There were only two towels in the room which had two beds and one of the towels was pretty worn. The beds were pretty comfortable, but that's about it. Not interested in staying there again.

Nope.
I was incredibly disappointed in this experience, we stay at this hotel every time we come back home annually and every year it just gets worse. I orginally made this reservation online, specified that I had pets TWICE, get to check in, specified that I had pets once again. He switched me rooms because King beds arent available as pet rooms. Okay, no biggie. We get to the room and its obvious that it hadnt been seen by housekeeping. Used toilet paper roll, used soap, mascara or hair dye all over the shower, stains on the white bedding, the beds werent made. Our TV wasnt working so we went to the front desk to see if someone could come look at it, we brought our dogs with us because we were going out to get some dinner and the kid says "Oh, sorry. I didnt charge you for your dogs." We came out there to ask for another room or a refund and he had us pay more money? Asked to speak to a manager about the condition of the room and the TV. He said we were SOL until 11PM. Looked around for a manager to get my money back so we could go elsewhere and no one knew where this manager was. We didnt even get into bed, we used our own blankets on top of the comforters. I am so disappointed, I used to love this hotel and usually never complain as ive worked in the service industry my entire life but this experience was absolutely awful. We were informed that they were renovating... where? When?

The place is pretty run down with old towels and bedding. The refrigerator did not work and when I opened the door I nearly threw-up! My non-smoking room was surrounded by smoking rooms. I reserved the room for seven nights and only made it three. Went to check out and the cc I posted for incidentals had alredy been charged for seven nights and they would not remove the charge. Worst hotel experiance ever!!!!

The staff was great and very friendly, but hotel itself needed some cleaning inside and out. When we entered our room, there was a hanger on the floor, stopped up sink, we couldn’t use the freezer because it was frozen over and I used a knife to chip away the ice we found food in the freezer. It was quiet and the staff was very nice, but just cleaning the windows and glass doors would go along way to making it feel cleaner.

was woken up at 7am by manager trying to enter my room for who knows what reason when I got up he ran away and left door cracked open, when called the front desk all he could say was oh sorry I was just checking to see if you were ok, WHY??? Did I call for help? NO I was sleeping there is NO REASON he should have just tried walking into my room check out was not for another 4 1/2 hours, This place is CREEPY
