"Great location. Decent reception and lovely staff. Compact but nice rooms. The one criticism is no kettle in the room and not even a token for a free tea or coffee at the bar!"
"Got a double with private bathroom with my boyfriend. Omg this place was INCREDIBLE. Amazing value for money £200 for 2 nights. Location is second to none right in the centre and just generally a good vibe I will return and stay here and I would consider a mixed dorm!"
"room was clean and as expected Used EV charger by the zoo... free parking after 1700 until 1000. Free parking 24 hours at hotel. Breakfast great and gluten free options available All good"
"We had a great stay at the Clayton Hotel. It is such a unique property with a historic building inside of it and then modern hotel rooms above. The staff is friendly and kind - the bar was especially fun. It is ideally located - walkable to everything, including train stations. The beds were comfy and we only had one breakfast there but it was very nice. "
"The room was clean, modern and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again.
The VIP benefit was not discussed when we checked in, I had to ask about it. There were no notes on the system. I was given this benefit but only because I was a previous customer who had stayed at Aoex hotels on numerous occasions. "
