It was fantastic the kids loved the pool

Hotel was under renovation. Had to stay next door at Days Inn. Their elevator kept getting stuck and sometimes not work at all. Hotel is pest infected. Had no housekeeping service. Just plain terrible to by a Wyndham trademark.

No elevator. WiFi didn’t work. Very close walk to beach. Pool was clean and never crowded. Staff is amazing. Rooms are in need of makeover. Some rot on doors and looks like mold.
Very closed to beach.

Good! Thank you!

The stay for the price was ok. Our room definitely needed to be swept as soon as we got in there. The walls looked like they needed to be redone, the whole place needs to be redone if I’m being honest and the layout of the hotel is confusing at first. They don’t tell you on the app or the website that’s it’s 2 buildings not just one. The check in process is at a whole different hotel but they make the check in process easy and smooth.

Was nice and quiet! Went out early with my baby and friend before checkout though around 8:30 am and the guy at the pool was rather rude saying no can’t get in pool or even lay out until 11 which was checkout so that was kind of a downfall. Don’t see why I paid for a booking and didn’t even get to layout or use pool until after checkout time so left.

8/10 Very good

It’s a Small quiet hotel on the beach front and I booked a double bed room for me and my kids. The room was nice for such the low price however the floors were dirty. Me and my kids wore socks or shoes the entire time as long as our feet touched the floor. There was a rust stain on the floor in the corner of the bed frame. And check in had me confused because their office is closed so you would have to check in next door at the days inn. Other than that it’s a decent place. Me and my kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Also wait till 10:30/11am to get into the pool as the don’t come to clean it till like 9/9:30am
Moesha, 2-night trip

It was horrific!! The most ran down and disgusting place we have ever stayed!!! The was mold, filth, and falling apart. Bedbugs under 2 mattress covers! I called hotels.com and they stated I could leave and were sorry for my experience. When i checked out the lady says if o want to see another room. I didn’t have to say anything she laughed and said I can see it on your face that’s a no.
Patsie, 2-night trip

Besides the hot water not working everything else was pretty good honestly! Met some super friendly people i loved it
David, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

We only walked in the room and did not touch anything. I can't be around mold and there was mold in the cracks of the crown molding, on pillow cases and on the lamp shade the lamp stand was rusty. We saw a small roach heading towards the bed tried killing it but it got away we thought it was gonna go under the bed and it crawled up the side of the bed platform. The trash receptacles going up 3 flights of stairs to our room, we're all the dirty and the trash bags were laying outside of the receptacles with trash in them. This was at 10- 11 o'clock at night. At that time of night, I'm being on a weekend. We are not able to find another hotel with availability. We had to drivein land an hour.

Room has water damage to roof and doors have gist sized holes in the that are just painted over microwave nasty and beds both have bed bugs can see them crawling around on the bathroom floor if you wait in there long enough and blood on the bed sheets after sleeping till the next morning when staff was told they didn’t care like they didn’t know what I was talking about or did and just didn’t care about the problem both beds have water proof covers for bed bugs to be trapped in but they aren’t fully on the beds and the bugs can get out horrible room and now I have to deal with getting rid of these bugs before getting any of my luggage or clothing back home so I don’t carry them with me never staying here again

6/10 Good

Common areas are not well-maintained. Filthy appearance from the parking lot to the stairs, the walls, and balconies. AC unit filters need to be replaced or cleaned. Beds, sink, and bathrooms were the only clean things I could remember. There was an extremely filthy accent chair in my room that I avoid to look at or use. Definitely not worth the price! This hotel falls in the range of $50 per night.
Armstrong, 1-night trip

The location was great! The room was bad! Shower leaked into the floor every shower. Had to wait 5 mins for hot water every shower. Only gave us 4 towels and when asked for more was told no on second day. The third day was told for ME to bring dirty towels to the office to get clean ones. Also had to go to the office for more toilet paper. The staff did nothing! The pool cleaner was so rude. Pool opens at 9am and he was cleaning at 945 and I was ordered to leave pool. Rooms very outdated, not worth the price to stay there. Will never tell anyone to visit this location.

Vacation nightmare

It was absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed in floors was dirty mold and roaches not to mention cops their everyday and night definitely does not look like the pictures
3-night trip

6/10 Good

We checked in around 4:30, no one was at the front office and door was locked. Another person checking in had to go search for someone to help. For the price, we didn’t expect perfection. There were dents and dings, chipped paint, poorly patched ceiling, especially in the shower area. None of this was a huge deal. The bottom bed frame was squeaky and rusted, rust was on the floor because of it. Bottom of lamp was rusty and looked like it had been sitting in water at some point. Balcony railings were 5 feet high. We wanted an ocean front view so we could relax and look out to the ocean but were unable to see over the railing! Yeah we could see through the slats but definitely not the same thing. WiFi hardly worked. It didn’t even show as an option for the entire first day we were there. No bugs though and front staff were friendly.
Kristen, 4-night trip

Air conditioning

When we arrived the balcony door was open and everything in the room was very wet from humidity. Try to turn on the air conditioner and it didn’t work. Went to the office and let them know about the ac. They called maintenance and said it would be about 10 minutes. An hour later we went down again to tell them my mother (that was with me) has asthma and a heart condition and needs ac. Told me they had no more rooms and I’d have to wait 7-10 days for a refund that we would have to wait on maintenance. Once maintenance arrives they put in a brand new ac unit. We still had to deal with everything being wet and dirty. Location was the only positive. Don’t forget the large bugs.

One night stay. Very easy checking. Great ocean view and access to the beach. Room dated and in need of update, but clean. Bathroom in need of major painting and trim work. Not the worst, but picky travelers might look elsewhere. Overall ok.

Don't stay here ever!!!

This hotel is not what was advertised in its picture on hotels.com the place was dirty. It had bugs. The linen was stained. There was old furniture they don't even have a physical office in the hotel. We actually had to go next door to the Days Inn to check into the hotel. This place is horrible. It should be taking off hotels.com completely
