I would Faber given 5 stats on everything. Except: the nighttime/ overnight front desk person, although friendly when we checked in initially, later sat in the lobby area with McDonald's delivery and both her laptop and iPad up and running, while having both ear buds in. My husband and I were in and out of the hotel a few times, and our family went out to dinner... she never looked up. The first time he walked by her, he didn't even know she was thy front desk person.
Made us feel a little weird and uncomfortable, it was unprofessional. She could have at least set up behind the front desk.
The pool... the 2 requirements we have when ee travel with kids is a free hot breakfast and pool. The pool was gross. It was a weird color, and as soon as you walk in the pool room, you're hit immediately with a strange smell. We didn't swim at all, and our kids were sad and we were disappointed. We didn't bother asking the front desk lady at that point, because of what I mentioned above.
Other than those things, the hotel was beautiful, clean, beds were comfy. Our standard 2 queen room was a bit small. In the morning... the breakfast was fantastic, the morning staff were AMAZING. So friendly, constantly tidying and restocking everything. They made us feel well taken care of.
