Really love the beach front with balcony. Very nice sensory. Very nice and clean. The pool was very nice and clean. Hot tub was a plus to me. My favorite. Walking distance to everything. Will go again.

The hotel was fantastic, the room was very clean and smelt nice. The location is perfect. The food is great quality. The only complaint that my family had was only one front desk hotel staff was polite and helpful, all the other ones were rude and acted like you were bothering them if you asked a question. As nice as the hotel and the room were we won’t be staying again.

I enjoyed my stay. The environment was relaxing, the room was clean, excellent service was provided, the breakfast was great, and the view of the ocean was amazing.
I love the text service that allows the hotel to check in on guests.

Good location right on the beach. The room could have been cleaner. The whole bathroom had quite a few dirty smudges on the door and bathtub. Beds were mostly comfortable. Balcony furniture was mildewed. It was nothing too major. My family enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great!
They do charge for parking which I don’t remember being told beforehand. All in all, it’s a decent place to stay right on the beach and about a half mile from Pier Park.

Wonderful experience. We were promptly checked into our room when we arrived at 4:30p. Room was spotless (Rm. 400). Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked to have a variety of things. Would book again but would choose the oceanfront rooms next time.

Stayed for two short days. The updated propert is nice. The wood planked floors should be continued throughout hallways and into the rooms. The carpet is gross and not clean.

Your site offered king rooms and I booked this hotel for that reason. They were sold out and said hotels .com does this all the time. Makes me not want to use this avenue for booking. Very upset at the experience .

Our room had wet carpet when we entered at check-in. Some other guests overheard me talking in the elevator about our room number and said that the hotel tried to place them in the same room, but they refused due to the smell and wetness of the carpet. The hotel had no other rooms available, therefore, we had to stay in the very bad smelling room. To the hotels credit, they did offer to see about moving us to another room the next day, but we didn't want to take time out of our vacation to move all of our stuff. The musky smell stuck around for 2 - 3 days.
One other concern we had was the parking garage. The entrance and exit lift gates were not operational and could allow anyone to come and go from the garage. This made us not not feel secure as well for our vehicle. It seems as if anyone can park in the garage without paying where as we had to pay $20/night for parking.

I’m very disappointed with how my reservation was handled. I booked this 10 day trip several months in advance and requested a 2nd floor king room with balcony and gulf view because I can’t do elevators due to being very claustrophobic and causes severe anxiety! They put us on the 4th floor and I had to walk all the stairs every day several times a day! I asked them several times if they could change my room to a lower floor when someone checked out of one to make it a little easier on me during our stay. Why offer special request to your customers if they can’t accommodate them! Please explain to me what it takes to reserve a 2nd floor gulf view room so next time I book that’s where I’ll be?
