Try the other place

This place was not clean, the walls desperately needed paint. The bed was not comfortable. The vanity light did not work and there were no bedside lamps. However, the TV was new. The toilet was new and the tub sides were new.

Minor Issues Best Price

Was a nice stay considering the price and location. Only problem I had to provide my own hand soap and could not watch TV because the speaker had bad static in it as if it was blown out. The beds a little to firm but do able. The refrigerator and microwave worked good. Other problem was manager wasn’t in the office at checkout time and made me late to my appointment since I needed my cash deposit back. We will stay again since the little issues weren’t that big of a deal.

Had a great time but with having an Autistic Non Verbal child he does not do good with changes and wanted to go home so he was crying for about an hour. Which I tried my best to keep him quiet because I know the walls are thin. And staff came banging on the door saying we were being too loud and I explained to him that it’s his first time being away from home and that he is nonverbal and he didn’t seem understanding. That was my only issue other than that the rooms were nice clean and quiet and super roomy.

Rude !!!

Rude man at desk !! Said they are busy cleaning rooms,come back in an hour. I came back 1 hour 15 minutes and "still cleaning rooms". I drove 5 1/2 hours to get there and Ill NEVER stay there or recommend this less than basic,rude,uncaring place to anyone EVER !!!

This place is a joke. I called the hotel before I booked a room to ask if they were pet friendly. The man on the phone told me yes they were, which is the only reason why I booked the room in the first place. When I went to check in, the man up front said pets were not allowed unless it was a service animal (which my dog is). I told the man that my dog is a service animal and he told me to “prove it”, so I did. I showed him the tag, the service animal vest and the ID card, and he still refused to give me my room! He even has the nerve to tell me that whoever told me they were pet friendly over the phone was a new guy and he was wrong, even though he literally told me that only service animals were ok. There wasn’t anyone else in the office working either. He was very rude, argumentative and does not follow ADA Law.

Horrible experience

I was charged on top of my booking another $5 cleaning fee and a $50 cleaning deposit. It’s a racket that I hope hotels.Com can fix ! The beds were old and uncomfortable with small pillows. We had to stomp on bugs in the room upon arrival.

Wouldn’t be my first choice.

Probably won’t come back. Facilities outdated, parking lot needs to be resurfaced, not ADA friendly (no elevator), room layout so-so, better lighting placement needed. Office smelled like curry.
