I had specifically asked for a hotel with a pool on Hotels.com but their pool was closed. The waffle maker was not working.

Poor customer service. The front desk associate was watching TV when we arrived and seemed irritated that we interrupted her. Hotel was dirty and smelled musty throughout. Also needed repairs. Very overpriced hotel.

I told the gal when I checked in that I paid for the room on may 24 th it went out of my account and she ran my card again so I hope I didn’t get charged again.

Hotel looks good but room was not clean or in good condition. Ring on the night stand means it wasn’t cleaned. There was a bare greasy footprint on the tile which means it wasn’t cleaned. Gross rubber mat for the shower was seriously stained. Small debris on the carpeted floor and light bulbs missing in both lamps. No iron or ironing board in the room so had to ask for one. I was placed on the 1st floor near the stairway so I heard tromping up and down the stairs all night. I could hear the TV and conversations next door. The front desk had a cow bell to get someone from the back so I could hear that each time someone needed assistance. TV was super hard to operate and I couldn’t get channels to come up. Tried to purchase water in the vending machine and there wasn’t even a place for it to be sold. Front desk didn’t have any to offer either. Loud in-room fridge motor woke me up a couple times.
Biggest complaint- the “secured” outside door that you need a room key to open was not secured. You could come in from the parking lot without a key. When your room is right next to that door, that’s not very comforting.

Breakfast was ok but they were out of a lot of items. Put bfast away at 940 am. Guests were upset and made him reopen however it wasnt replenished when asked. We were told they were out of many food items.

The hotel, although fairly new, was not very clean. The sheets had stains on both beds. There was only one towel and washcloth in the room. There was no breakfast. I jnow it is covid, but some packaged pastries and fruit would have been okay.

Hotel desk clerk mentioned that the hotel was only three years old at check in. I went to my room and upon entering a wide open and unlocked door I noticed I had been given a room with a single bed. I had booked one with double beds so everyone would have room. I immediately went to the front desk and the very nice lady worked on the issue and got me to the correct room. I got to it and the door and window were wide open. We start unpacking and are in the room for 15 minutes when the phone rings. We needed to head down to the front desk to get a new room again because they checked us in under another families name. We go to the third room and it’s door is wide open too. Upon entering the room we noticed on bed had red and orange stains on the white sheets. In this room there was a notice posted bu the phone that stated no housekeeping at all and if we wanted to change towels take old ones to the front desk. The second day there I mention the sheet stains and a gentleman at the front desk offers to go get me a sheet to change it myself. I see housekeeping in the halls and ask if they can change it as we would not be back to the room for at least 5 hours. He agrees. We got back and the sheets were fixed for night two. We really wanted to swim and were disappointed there was a notice on the door that it was undergoing maintenance. I asked the front desk and they stated it was a bad pump and had been out of order for well over a year. We were very disappointed and it was costly.

The room smelled, there was very little water pressure in room. Also the pool pump wasn’t working so there was no pool available and that’s why we chose to stay at that location. Unfortunately I was down there for a funeral and I had to bring my kids the overall stay was very dissatisfying
