There was a room mix-up upon arrival, but it was resolved so quickly that we completely forgot about it! Very kind staff who could remember our faces easily. Overall stay nice, staff Wonderful, Mr.Henry and Arrianna. Wish there were shelves in the shower to sit the soap and gel on. The hanger loops are small so u cant hang clothes over the clothes hanging rack, only one area over the microwave. Sufficient towels/wash cloths should be given according to the number of guests and number of night's stay.

Absolute great place to stay

Kirsten was amazing from the beginning of booking and straight thru the process. The front end MGR was also very helpful. The only issue we had was the noise from the room beside us, loud obnoxious and rude.
Our babies loved it as well, and they were very quiet!

We have stayed here before and really enjoyed the hotel to the proximity of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are always clean and are modern! Beds were comfortable and clean!!! I love that we can sit on the balcony at night and listen to the bands at Bottle and Cork without having to deal with the crowds. My only negative comment is that the one day in the late afternoon we had no hot water when we went to shower. It is not a deal breaker for me and we will stay there again!
