Very nice place, we were in town for a family dinner (Urbanna) and didn't want to drive back the same day so booked an overnight. The owner was very friendly. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Good place for the monet spent for a safe quiet place to sleep.

This is a very old motel that hasn’t been updated. As such, it smells musty. The sink was corroded. I had to buy water to brush my teeth. There were leftover footprints in the tiny shower from the person who cleaned it. The carpets are stained. However the bed was comfortable and it was a king so that was nice.

Extremely small, Ac was cold, room was supposed to be a double bed and they called saying they didn’t have a double bed (why did it let me book one) but I had no choice. I had to take the king bed. They were supposed to give me, but it ended up being a queen.. can you imagine me my boyfriend and three teenagers in a extremely small room with a queen bed my 16 year-old wanted to sleep outside in the car smh. As soon as the sun came up, my kids were ready to go!

I pulled in and noticed the area, the outside, the state of the property and was very concerned with my safety so I did not check in nor did I leave my car. I would never recommend such property to a family.

More than bedbugs and filth.

Worse case scenario, we found filth, bedbug stains, very scary, I want to call the FTC and the health department, that place should not be in business. it was supposed to be “their best room” and I couldn’t even dare to bend my knees to seat down on the bed. I took pictures, you will definitely regretted as I did, we didn't spend the night there I had to book another place 4 miles away that was more expensive, but Whispering Pines Never Refunded Us. The place is disgusting. smelled like an ashtray too. You’ll be lucky if you don’t bring bedbugs with you, I put everything we wore, all clothes, shoes and even our bags in a dryer for 15 minutes . I got pictures of the bed mattress, box spring and floor. It looks like they picked up the beds from the trash, I am posting the pictures. Never go there EVER.

Cigarette smell I left my clothes outside it’s an old place. It felt uncomfortable. Sheets and bathroom are clean. Water warm too cold back and forth. It cost more than the quality inn. Save your money on something else.

Ran out of hot water very quickly every morning. Spouse and I had to take showers day before each other. Even then hot water ran out within 5 minutes. Door to room little dodgy. Overall not to bad but also not good. Staff couldn't find reservation. They needed your email confirmation to confirm reservation.
