I like the property. It has microwave, bathroom and room was clean. We stayed for two days. Somehow both staff forgot they have not taken out the trash which was only issue. Staff was really good and helpful.

You got what you paid for. The Wi-Fi was probably installed more than 15 years ago, which a speed test yielded a speed of less than 1 Mb/s. Overall a pretty average motel, clean but lacks amenities

We had 2 nights booked in Monticello. After a change of plans we wanted to cancel the 2 nd night and with Expedia's help asked for a refund. The manager refused to refund the srcond night so we paid for nothing.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We got snowed in and the gentleman working that day worked very hard to clear the snow as quickly as possible and lent us shovels.

There was a group of men staying between our room and the office talking and yelling until early hours of the morning. There was no way the office was unaware. This place was definitely a hole in the wall. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
