Great location, friendly staff.. don't stay on the second floor. The walls and the floors are paper thin. We stayed two nights and didn't get much sleep either night.
Everyone can hear each other clear as day, the floor above you is going to be extremely loud and creaky, and no one seems to think twice about other people in the building with them.
Also, the building is poorly ventilated with no AC. Depending on how picky you are with the temperature of the room you stay in, it might be a no go for that aspect.
If you are on the 3rd floor, I imagine the experience is much, much better.
