We loved the queen suite. There was plenty of room for everyone. That is always the down part with having little kids and being away from home. This room had room for the kids to play. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to town.

Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly (although I don't think there were a huge number of staff or customers there, as the hotel is in a bit of a construction zone). There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, so it's in a fairly convenient location. There's a kind of coffee bar/cafe in the lobby, and both the coffee, the salad, and the burger my stepfather and I tried were very good. For those of you who are smokers, there was a nice smoking area at the front of the building which was kept very clean--unusual for hotels & motels these days. There was also a very nice patio in back of the property. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was nice. We were next to the elevator, so it was a little noisy. Bed was very comfortable. It would be nice to be able to get coffee in the morning. There is a Starbucks on site, but they close at 9:30. We missed it and didn't want to use the room maker. Too many horror stories. Otherwise, it was a good stay!!!

This was a nice place to stay but there were a few things to improve on. The pillows are not very comfortable, the cook did not show up the next morning for breakfast at the restaurant, and there was a stink bug in the bathroom we took care of but didn’t expect to see. The staff however was very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Overall, the room was comfortable. A few things that we noted, which relate to attention to small details: the refrigerator does not fit in the built-in cabinetry, and the door will not close. It looks bad and obscures the light switch for the light over the coffee maker. The glass window had some dried goo remaining on it, so it was not fully cleaned; the toilet paper dispenser was not secure on the wall, and the mirror in the bathroom had streaks from cleaning. It took a very long time to get hot water at the sink. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, and the decor was pleasing. Check in was easy, and the overall facility presented well.

No bath towels or shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Had to contact the front desk. I checked in at 8:00pm. Room was not cleaned properly. A sucker stick, a piece of candy and a fruit loop were on the outer part of the carpet, along with pieces of bacon at the desk leg. The disposable coffee filter was the wrong fit. Had to hold it in place to brew a cup. I would not recommend this hotel. They were almost full to capacity with guests. No excuse for this much garbage on the room floor. I was told the house cleaning of the room was actually inspected. SMH
