Won't be staying here again
I called the day before check in to ask about early check in as I was going to be driving quite far and needed a rest before an event we had tickets to. Unfortunately we arrived early as planned. And both rooms were not ready. Check in was at 3 but early check in was promised at 2. Our rooms however were not ready until 4:30! We were very upset. Everyone was so tired from being on the road that we just sat in the car and rested and missed our event. Then we get into one room only to find it was so hot. And they have no independent heater/ac. And that it was set to heat and couldn't be adjusted. And was advised to open the window which had no screen. They finally brought a fan that only circulated the hot air. Terrible 2 day stay with 2 rooms. Front desk clerk was rude about rooms not being ready and only said very rudely that there wasn't anything that would be done. We just have to wait. Oh and let's not forget about the homeless couple sitting on the curb with a child. That other long term renters(did not know motel 6 accepts rental vouchers) seemed to know. The woman actually slept on the curb in a wheelchair not sure what happened to the child. But there was a lot of long term not so safe looking people staying there. Walking around all night. Was concerned about our vehicles. Would have cancelled and looked for another room but you know the rooms are non refundable. And last minute rooms are way more expensive so thanks Motel 6 for another bad visit.

Good location. Easy access. 12 minute walk to nice brew pub. Comfortable bed. Bare bones room, but good deal for the money. Nice tv and good internet access.

Drug addicts and homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. Rats too. I requested a first floor room as i had a dog and the beds were unmade. Only other room was on the second floor

Stay elsewhere, poor service/inadequate bedding
Every Motel 6 differs from another, this one is as basic as it get. the check in person I had the misfortune to deal with left a LOT to be desired. Check in was through what appeared to be a bulletproof glass case, apparently it was too late in the evening to allow guests to check in at the front desk reception area. The check in person apparently didnt understand that a soft voice doesnt carry through glass required me to continue to ask her to repeat herself when she wasnt using the microphone provided. I asked for a first floor room, was told none were available which I found impossible to believe. The first room was along side the highway-noisy (they have an impossible room numbering system requiring me to scale three staircases to find the room, numbers jump from 106 to 240 for no apparent reason). when I went back to request a quieter room I was told that manager approval had to be given because there were no room changes allowed except in an emergency. A new one for me. Manager was called who approved the room change. You have to wonder what kind of decision making power is given to employees if they have to call for a ROOM CHANGE DUE TO NOISE. beds were hard, inadequate blankets, no comforters. Go elsewhere.

I won’t be back
Let me start by saying the customer service was excellent. That’s the only good thing I have to say. There were people that looked like they were living in their car in the back parking lot. There were abandoned cars in the parking lot. There were sketchy people hanging out everywhere, in the lobby, outside rooms, near the “smoking section” and in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe walking my dogs. The people were so loud we didn’t get to sleep until after 3:00am. Worst hotel experience ever. We were tempted to leave in the middle of the night and find somewhere else to stay.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for my entire stay. The check-in process was seamless, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed. My room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. Basic but nice furnishings, staff could improve
Pleasantly surprised by the corner shower. Roomy, updated, sleek, nice. Reasons for not getting 5 stars: - zero toiletries without warning - door was a bit banged up and a gap was visible at the bottom right corner - the front desk person SAW me come in and walked out the other door without acknowledging me. There was a sign at the late-check-in window "will be back in 10 minutes or less", which she was, but it would have taken her 10 seconds to say "give me a minute I got to help a guest with X and I'll be right back."
