Stayed once, paid twice.
The majority of the staff I interacted with while there weren’t the best. When I arrived I was charged a second time for the full price of the room even though I informed them I had already paid through hotels.com. The woman at the desk told me it was just a hold on the room (which I thought was different than a usual hold) and it would be gone after check out. The next morning I noticed I had indeed paid for the room from hotels.com and it had already been withdrawn from my account AND so had the charge she made the night before. When I spoke to the new woman at the desk that morning, who I felt like I was bothering her by her attitude, she insured me the charge would be lifted by my card in a day or so. I traveled back home and a few days later found that this wasn’t the case. The most helpful person was another woman I spoke to on the phone a few days later who refunded the charge with no issue. But the fact I had to push for the second charge to be returned, definitely put me off. So if you book this hotel through Hotels.com, be extra careful this doesn’t happen to you.
Morning staff seemed generally sparse, the breakfast station offered was a complete mess and, while yes it’s “complimentary”, was also just as sparse in selections.
Most plates/cups in room weren’t cleaned very well.
Expected better of this hotel brand.
